Makhana – 1 cup
Almonds – 1/4 cup
Poppy seeds – 1 tbsp
Roasted Chana – 1/4 cup
Dry Dates – 8-10
Talmishri – 1/4 cup
Dry ginger powder – 1 tbsp

Method for making dry fruits powder
Daily intake of dry fruits powder can drive away fatigue and weakness from the body. To make this, first take Makhana and put it in a pan and dry roast it on a low flame. When the makhanas become golden brown and hard, take them out in a bowl. After this add almonds and poppy seeds and fry them.
